Coconut Blackberry Shake

This dessert is delicious with any milk, but something special when you blend it up with coconut milk. Whichever you choose, the blackberries are the star of the show.

Ingredients:

1⁄2 Cup Coconut Milk
1⁄2 Cup of Blackberries
1⁄2 Cup of Vanilla Yoghurt

3 easy steps: 

1. Add the coconut milk and blackberries to the blender.
2. Blend for 1 cycle.
3. Add the vanilla yoghurt and blend again until smooth.
