Green Coconut

Spinach is super healthy and has a lot of nutrients, minerals and antioxidants! Let the sweetness of the pineapple make this green smoothie a must-drink! 

Ingredients:

1 handfull of spinach 
1 dl pineapple 
2 dl coconut water 
1 tbs flaxseed (optional)

3 easy steps: 

1. Add the coconut water, spinach, pineapple and flaxseed. 
2. Blend until smooth. (Shake the blender at the same time so that all the spinach hits the steelblades) 
3. Enjoy your smoothie packed with nutrients!
