Always start by adding your liquid first. This will make the blending smooth.
We recommend that you cut your fruits / ingredients to smaller pieces before blending.
After adding your liquid, toss in the rest of your ingredients and double tap the button to blend!
If you are blending a lot of ingredients / frozen ingredients or ice - start the blender upside down. Make sure the blades are completely free. Slowly flip the blender back up again so that all ingredients hit the blades in full speed.
NEVER put your hands inside of the blender or touch the blades!
Don’t run your Myblend empty, doing so might damage the motor.
Cleaning is easy! Simply add some water + a drop of soap and blend. Rinse with water until the soap is gone.
We do not recommend blending liquids that are over 120° F / 49 ° C in your Myblend, since this may cause damages to the container and leakages to the base.
If the blades are stuck, simply flip the blender upside down and give it a little shake. Make sure that all blades are completely free - then start the blender again and slowly turn it back up and let the ingredients hit the blades in full speed.
Red and blue flashing lights are a sign that the built in magnets in the container and base are not aligned. They need to be aligned for the blender to start. To resolve this issue, simply tighten the container a bit against the base. (The little arrow on the container should point down to the start button)
After you have washed your Myblend, deattach the lid and the container and let every part dry separately before mounting them again.
