For all packages that are not redeemed, We reserve the right to charge you as a customer EUR 20 for our incurred costs for return shipping and handling costs.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non refundable unless the product is defective. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When shipping back the product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
