Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. We ship globally from our warehouses in California, USA and Skurup, SWEDEN.

When will I receive my order? 

International orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days. In some cases, deliveries may take longer due to extra safety precautions in our fulfillment center and carrier transportation delays.

Please be assured that our team is working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience.

Returns policy

At Myblend we like to keep things simple, so you can return any of our products within 30 days of receiving them for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If your item is used and it’s protected by our Happiness Guarantee, please contact our customer support team here and they’ll help you out!

For all packages that are not redeemed, We reserve the right to charge you as a customer EUR 20 for our incurred costs for return shipping and handling costs.

How to return an item for refund:
  1. Get in contact with our customer support team here and they’ll gladly help you out. Don't forget to include your order number!

  2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non refundable unless the product is defective. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  3. When shipping back the product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Late or missing refunds

Once you have checked your bank account, if your refund isn't showing then we recommend to contact your credit card company or PayPal customer service. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
